With the completion of the debugging of the last machine, Cambodia Lithium Battery Intelligent Disassembly Line was officially launched. This production line adopts dismantling→crushing→sorting→purification technology, which can handle 500gk power battery packs with complex structure per hour, and the recovery rate of nickel, cobalt, manganese and other valuable metals exceeds 98%, which provides one-stop service of ‘production-use-recycling’ for automobile enterprises and battery factories and enhances the resilience of the supply chain.

This production line for recycling used lithium batteries has excellent flexibility and high efficiency. It is capable of handling a wide range of materials such as used square batteries, flexible pack batteries, cylindrical batteries and battery cathode and anode materials.

The whole process operates under negative pressure, and the dust generated during the process is treated by pulse dust collector to meet the level of environmental protection requirements. The process of Lithium Battery Intelligent Disassembly Line is not only efficient but also environmentally friendly, and the lithium battery metal materials treated by this equipment can be reused, reducing the waste of natural resources.
