Lithium battery recycling treatment equipment to help lithium battery resources recycling

Time: 2024-07-01

With the explosive growth of new energy vehicle market, the future will usher in a wave of large-scale battery decommissioning. In this context, innovative research and development of lithium battery recycling and processing equipment, so that the decommissioning of lithium ternary, lithium iron phosphate batteries can be charged broken, environmentally friendly recycling.

As the "heart" of new energy vehicles, lithium batteries contain nickel, cobalt, manganese, aluminium, copper and other non-ferrous metal elements.

The positive and negative aluminium foils and copper foils of lithium batteries are only a few dozen microns thick, equivalent to the diameter of a strand of hair. It is extremely difficult to strip out the battery powder adhering to these extremely thin metal foils without destroying them.

For this reason, a special process has been innovatively developed to use pyrolysis technology to break down the PVDF and other adhesives in the copper-aluminium foils, so that the battery powder can be more easily dislodged, thus achieving efficient, high-purity recycling.

This set of lithium battery crushing and sorting equipment not only the recovery rate of battery powder and recycling purity can reach more than 98%, reaching the domestic leading level, but also significant economic benefits.

This is not only the full use of lithium battery resources, but also a strong protection of the ecological environment, achieving a harmonious win-win situation between economic and ecological benefits.
